MILLER DIVING HELMET
IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE

It has come to our attention that some divers and diving companies are using Miller Diving helmets which apparently have been dangerously modified.

It is our understanding that these modifications include the removal of the head harness which serves as the primary restraining device for the helmet and a non-restraining headliner, commonly known as a "snoopy", is used in place of the Miller head harness.

Also, possible removal of the face seal and substitution of the Miller Oral-Nasal with another brand has reportedly occured.

The Miller oral-nasal. face seal, and head harness have been designed to work together to provide a safe and secure helmet mounting system.

Obviously, removal or modification or substitution of any part or component has never been contemplated nor authorized by Miller Diving Equipment, Inc. and will make the Miller Helmet unsafe for diving.

Any and all modified helmets must be taken out of service immediately and returned to their original condition, as purchased, using only genuine Miller replacement parts.

Miller Diving Equipment, Inc, will make itself available for any assistance which you may require.
